Jim Tichy

Jim arrived in Delray Beach, FL in 2000 to live in a recovery residence. He had NO intention of staying, yet the exact opposite happened!!

His commitment to the recovery community is unparalleled, and is particularly good with the person just entering recovery.

Not one to mince words, Jim has a reputation for results. He has watched the face of addiction change over the last few years, and knows the face of recovery must change too.

Adrienne Tichy

Together with her husband Jim, Adrienne is known around town as a champion for the marginalized. She is a Recovery Advocate, Bestselling Author and Public Speaker.

Adrienne's passion is connecting families impacted by addiction as they heal together.

She is the love to Jim's tough, and feels called to raise awareness that addiction looks like you and me now.

Rich "Diddy" Butera

Rich is the right and left hand man to Jim and Adrienne. He brings his own story of addiction recovery, as his journey was hardly a straight line.

Rich now uses that lived experience to guide other men to a life of passion and purpose.

Don't let his gentle manner fool you - he knows how to get people from their old life to their new one with dignity and grace.
